There is an online competition going on about predicting the high level of the 2013 spring flood in Soomaa, the so called Fifth Season.
People who participate have a varieti of opinions, the medium prediction is about three meters and sixty eight centimeters.
According to latest weather forecast we expect warm air come in to Estonia in second half of next week. This brings also rain , and the Fifth Season starts. Highest level will be somewhere in between 20th and 30th of April.
