Dicover Soomaa National Park in Estonia through Five Seasons

Discover Soomaa national park in winter, try following activities:  snowshoeing , kicksledding , cross-country skiing, ice-fishing, smoke-sauna with hot tubs.

Fifth season is called the season of floods, usually it takes place in late March. Canoeing is the only option to get around.

Spring brings birds, wild flowers on the meadows and beaver safaries. Summer adds  swimming in bog-pools, nighttime canoe tours and floating sauna on the river. Dugout-canoe building workshops are held at Basecamp Karuskose in the middle of national park.

Autumn is a season for mushrooming, berry-picking and the most colorful time for bog-shoeing - right time for experiencing vast peat-bogs - the wilderness of Soomaa National Park in Estonia.
